Australian Financial Review: ELMO Talent Management’s turn to meet fundies
Here’s another IPO-hopeful in front of fund managers this week.
Stockbroker Wilsons is introducing human resources software company ELMO Talent Management in a non-deal roadshow starting in Sydney on Tuesday, ahead of its planned run at the ASX-boards.
ELMO management’s first pitch to institutional investors is expected to focus on the company’s HR-cloud based offering, business model and growth plans. It’s expected to tell fundies that it has had 40 per cent top line growth over the past three years and 90 per cent recurring revenue.
ELMO is a Sydney-based technology company and is already profitable, according to CEO Danny Lessem. It is understood ELMO’s IPO is slated for the second quarter and is expected to value the company at more than $100 million.
Blackpeak Capital is advising the company on its listing plans, while Wilsons is lead manager.
