Phoebe rejoined Blackpeak in 2024, having originally joined in 2015. Phoebe has ~10 years experience in Investment Banking in Australia and Europe, with the past seven years based on London, first as a Director at Oakley Advisory and latterly as a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey.  

Phoebe is an experienced investment banker and has advised on a range of transactions across both private and public markets. Phoebe has experience across a range of sectors, however, has particularly strong expertise in Digital Infrastructure, IT Services and Managed Services and Telecoms, having most recently been part of Houlihan Lokey’s Digital Infrastructure team.
