Scott Colvin founded Blackpeak Capital in 2014 after a 17 year career in investment banking and management consulting spanning Australia, Asia and Europe. Prior to founding Blackpeak Capital, Scott held senior investment banking positions with Credit Suisse and Wilson HTM Investment Group. Scott’s last role at Credit Suisse was Head of Asia (ex Australia) Metals & Mining Investment Banking with Credit Suisse.

Scott is an experienced investment banker who has extensive deal experience having executed approximately 100 transactions across a variety of industries and incorporating the full suite of investment banking products (M&A and financing alternatives across the capital structure). Scott has particularly strong experience in public market takeovers and equity capital markets transactions.

Scott also has a background in the technology sector which has been a focus area since the inception of Blackpeak Capital. Scott has executed more than 60 transactions in the technology sector and is regarded as a leading adviser to technology growth companies in ANZ.
