Phoebe rejoined Blackpeak in 2024, having originally joined in 2015. Phoebe has ~10 years experience in Investment Banking in Australia and Europe, with the past seven years based on London, first as a Director at Oakley Advisory and latterly as a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey.  

Phoebe is an experienced investment banker and has advised on a range of transactions across both private and public markets. Phoebe has experience across a range of sectors, however, has particularly strong expertise in Digital Infrastructure, IT Services and Managed Services and Telecoms, having most recently been part of Houlihan Lokey’s Digital Infrastructure team. Phoebe is responsible for IT and Managed Services as well as digital infrastructure coverage at Blackpeak Capital.
